By accessing or using AI Architecting's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

By providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages (SMS/MMS) and calls from our AI system, including for the purpose of scheduling, follow-up, support, service updates, and other communications related to the services you have requested. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance.

Our services include AI-generated communications, recommendations, and automated scheduling. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, AI systems may produce errors, omissions, or unexpected outputs. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it for material decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Architecting, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, missed appointments, or business interruption — arising from or related to your use of our services, AI-generated content, or automated scheduling, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
